White semi-hard goat cheese with a number of slightly small holes. The curd is very white, which is characteristic of goat cheese. The taste goes from a tart freshness and mild (stored 1-6 months) to a characterful, but slightly sweet taste (stored 6-12 months).
The cheese can be used for a cheese board, on a slice of rye bread, in a salad or melted on a pizza.
