We are focusing on high quality and good craftsmanship. We are located in Mols Bjerge National Park together with a small group of other organic food producers.

All the cheeses are produced by hand and our employees take quality seriously in terms of taste, consistency and hygiene.

We treat the milk carefully with a short pasteurization and we do not homogenize our milk. We do this to make a more exciting taste experience.

We are constantly developing and challenging ourselves and looking for the goat milk’s many possibilities.
